Join us in beautiful North Yorkshire for a 2 night Glamping retreat. From our base near York, we will enjoy two different stunning open water swimming venues.
 
During this exciting retreat we will visit Pool Bridge Farm where there are several different lakes to swim in. We will also have time in the lakeside sauna and a picnic lunch in the beautiful grounds or in the on site cafe. We will visit another lovely local lake for a swim and there is an option to add an adrenaline filled inflatable water park session to this visit (£20 supplement)
Emma & Katie will guide you on a local countryside walk from our campground and your meals will be served 'al fresco' by the campground lake. 
 
Where will you stay?
Our group will have exclusive use of the whole of a Glamping campsite set in 6 acres of native woodland. The accommodation is in ‘Wigwams’, all of which have a stunning lakeside view. Each heated wigwam has two beds, ensuite shower and toilet facilities plus a small kitchen area. The single occupancy supplement is £250.
 
Meals
Breakfast and then a BBQ dinner in the evening, which is served with wine, are both included in the cost of the retreat. We will feed you hearty & healthy meals to fuel you for the days ahead! Lunch is purchased daily by yourself or you can opt to bring picnic lunches which can be stored in the fridge in your Wigwam. 
 
2 nights dinner bed & breakfast twin or triple occupancy including activities price per person £370.
Single occupancy supplement £250.
If you are travelling alone but are happy to share with a Pretty Gritty lady, please let us know and we will aim to find a room buddy for you.
There is a £20 supplement if you wish to include the inflatable waterpark experience.
 
To secure your space on this retreat we require a non refundable £150 deposit.
The balance is due 8 weeks prior to the retreat and you will receive a reminder. Once the balance is due and a reminder has been sent, you have 7 days to make this payment. Once the balance has been paid it is non-refundable.
If the trip is not able to go ahead in 2026 due to reasons outside of our control, We would move the trip forward by one year to the same dates or as close as possible. If you have already paid the full balance at the time that the trip had to be cancelled, we will return the balance to you. The non-refundable deposit will secure your space on the camp in 2027. Please bear in mind that the initial deposit is non-refundable if you decide to cancel.
It is advisable to have a travel insurance policy that covers you for cancellation, for example if you are unable to join us on the retreat due to illness. Please provide us with your emergency contact details prior to our departure & inform us of any health conditions that may affect your ability to participate in any activities on the retreat. Your safety is of the utmost importance to us. Some of the activities such as wild swimming come with a degree of risk. Therefore we will send you a disclaimer to sign ahead of the retreat.
