10th - 11th July 2026 (Friday to Saturday)
 
Brand new for 2026 - Our Pretty Gritty 'Mountain Bike to Camp Adventure'
For this one night mountain biking trip we will set out from Menston, West Yorkshire.
Meeting mid morning on the 10th of July, all of your camping equipment will be collected from our meeting point and will be transported to our overnight campsite, meaning you will only need to ride with a day pack. 
Bring your picnic and enjoy a ride of approximately 16 - 20 miles (depending on route taken) with some stunning scenery.
On arrival at Draughton Heights campsite, you can put up your tent which will have been delivered here. 
You can spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing or you may choose to swim in one of the lakes or you can book a sauna session directly with Löyly & Jää who have a sauna based at the campsite. 
The group will enjoy a 'camp cook up' by Emma and Katie in the evening.
The next day you will pack up your tent & overnight bag and this will be collected and returned to Menston in time for our arrival there. 
After breakfast, we will  set off to ride an alternative route to Menston of approximately 16 - 20 miles.
 
Please note - The routes will follow rugged and at times, hilly terrain. Please ensure that the distance is suitable for your fitness level. You will need to carry your own spare inner and puncture repair equipment. 
 
Costs - 
£110 per person. Includes transport of your own camping equipment, guided hikes, overnight campsite pitch for a small tent, evening meal and breakfast. 
It does not include lunch or snacks for hiking. Sauna access is booked directly with Löyly & Jää and we would recommend booking no earlier than 4pm to ensure we have arrived at the campsite.
If you do not own a suitable tent and equipment, you can hire a tent, sleeping mat and sleeping bag from us at a charge of £30. Please email us at info@prettygritty.co.uk to arrange this. 
If your tent is larger than a two man tent, there may be a supplement to pay with the campsite.
