Pretty Gritty Monday 1st December circuit bootcamp

Join us for our Monday morning circuit bootcamp session.

Approximately a 50 minute all-female class.

No need to print anything - we will add your name to the register when you buy this ticket. 

The class will begin at 9.30am. Please park on Highroyds Drive, Menston LS29 6AE (turn onto Highroyds Drive at the traffic lights close to St Marys School) Don't go beyond the tennis courts on Highroyds Drive - you have gone too far!

Look for us at the tennis courts. 

Please bring water and wear layers of clothing that you can add/take away.
