This retreat is based in one of the most stunning locations in the UK.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWhat is included?\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e3 guided walks lead by qualified sports coaches, in stunning Cumbrian countryside with a picnic stop on the long hike day. 2 of the walks are short 3 - 4 mile routes and the longest is approximately 8 miles. \u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e2 yoga sessions with our expert instructors in the comfort of the private studio at the house, equipment provided.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eAn opportunity to experience fresh water dipping in the beautiful rivers around Sedbergh.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eUse of the garden ice bath \u0026amp; shower as well as a garden sauna session with incredible fell views.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe accommodation is in Cautley, a short distance from Sedbergh. A spacious and beautiful house with an amazing garden. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe bedrooms, each with countryside views, are as follows - 4 twin en suite rooms, 1 double en suite (for single occupancy) and 2 double rooms, each for single occupancy with a shared bathroom.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThoughtful touches \u0026amp; beautifully decorated throughout - you will feel at home as well as spoilt during your stay.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eMeals and other details\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe will feed you hearty and healthy meals to fuel you for the days ahead. Special dietary requirements can be catered for - just ask.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Howgill Fells and surrounding area are a simply beautiful part of Cumbria. Rugged and undisturbed, the scenery on our hikes is stunning. The terrain can be challenging, with hills and rough ground, so a certain level of good fitness is required. You can enjoy a relax in a hammock back at the house as a reward afterwards! \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe wild swimming will take place in local rivers. Safety is always our main priority, so a judgement will be made on water levels, speed of the flow etc, before each dip.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe yoga is either in the calm and tranquil studio at the house or on a sunny day, out on the deck with amazing Howgill Fell views!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThere will be a one hour sauna session with ice bath\/garden shower intervals during the retreat. \u003cstrong\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOur adventures are great fun with friends, but we equally welcome solo travellers! We have three rooms that are for sole occupancy or we will gladly pair you with another Pretty Gritty lady in a twin room!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlease note, the large twin en suite rooms incur a sole occupancy charge if you wish to stay in one of these alone. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThis particular trip includes shared sleeping in twin rooms and as such, if sharing with a solo traveller, the twin rooms are limited to those assigned female at birth. However,  single rooms are available. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to the retreat and you will receive a reminder. Once the balance is due and a reminder has been sent, you have 7 days to make this payment. If you have already paid the full balance at the time that the trip had to be cancelled, we will return the balance to you. The non-refundable deposit will secure your space on the camp in 2028.
