Pretty Gritty

For all we strive towards the ideal of equality in this world that we live and work in, it is a generally accepted fact that people who look pretty in certain situations can have easier lives. The amount of times we’ve all seen women get out of trouble by using their looks against the man who has the power is countless, perhaps some of you reading this have even been that woman. So is it true that beautiful people have easier lives? Does this comedy workshop that is life treat the pretty better than the gritty?
Well I think that to a point it does. I generally care about my appearance anyway. I like looking good, and I make an effort to do so. I moisturise, use face peels and think about what I wear before I go out. People do treat me well, and my world is a very happy one. Enough so that I have considered taking it a step further.
