A thing or two about cellulite
Everybody wants to have a slim, beautiful and fat free body. One of the things that ruin our plan all the time is cellulite. Even women who are slim have cellulite and even people who have an active lifestyle, nothing stand in the way of cellulite.
What is cellulite?
Cellulite is a deposit of fat under our skin and it usually appears on our hips, legs and thighs. Some women even have cellulite on their arms so don’t be surprised if you find it in strange places. Women are more affected than men but if you are a guy and you have cellulite don’t be scared it’s not a curse, it’s something normal if you have an unhealthy lifestyle.
Anything you eat will influence your cellulite, you will have to eliminate fats from your diet and raise the amount of fibers and vitamins.
Eat more vitamins: A, B and C help your skin become more elastic and your fats get burned more quickly.
Drink at least 10 glasses of water a day, it will help you eliminate toxins and fight against cellulite. Try to have a meal only composed of fruits or uncooked vegetables and stop drinking soda. Instead of soda and other sweet drinks you can choose to make natural drinks in your own home or eat fresh fruits.
Cellulite can be a terrible problem for all women but if you have patience you will have a beautiful body on the beach this year.
